Short answer

The best Anne Frank House tour is a guided walk outside the house, like 360 Amsterdam's small-group tour from €19. No tour includes entry, because tickets are sold only on annefrank.org. Book the house first, on the Tuesday six weeks before your visit. Then add a walk that tells the story of the hiding and the Jewish Quarter.

Anne Frank's house in Amsterdam: how tickets work

Anne Frank House tickets are sold only on annefrank.org. There is no sale at the door, and you pay by bank or credit card.

New tickets go on sale every Tuesday at 10:00 CET, for visits six weeks later. They sell out fast, and there is no waiting list.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. They are only valid for your date and time.

The museum warns that tour sellers do not give access to the house. It also warns about look-alike websites. So every tour on this page is a walk outside.

Sold out? An Amsterdam walking tour of the Jordaan and the canal ring is a good way to spend the time instead.
