It opens long hours. Monday to Saturday it is open from 7:30 am to midnight. On Sundays and holidays it opens at 9 am.

BMW Welt is closed from December 24 to 26, 2026, and from December 31, 2026 to January 1, 2027.

BMW Welt tour and tickets: what you can book

You need no ticket for BMW Welt itself. Three of the four tours on this page stop there.

The short private tour gives you a host at BMW Welt. The 6-hour drive visits it too.

BMW Munich tours: which private tour for whom

Most people do not need a tour here. The museum costs €17, and BMW Welt is free.

A private tour makes sense if you want a guide to tell the story, or a full day planned for you.

The 4-hour walk adds the old town before the museum. If the old town matters more to you than cars, see our walking tours in Munich, Germany.

The two tours by car add the Olympic Park and the Allianz Arena. The 9-hour day also adds Nymphenburg Palace.

What costs extra

The 9-hour day does not include tickets. Its listing names €17 for the museum, €25 for the arena and €12 for the palace, each optional.

Food and drinks are extra on all four tours.

BMW factory tours in Munich: what these tours do not include

None of the tours on this page goes inside the BMW plant. They visit the museum and BMW Welt only.
