Casa Loma ticket discount: the CityPASS route

Casa Loma is one of the sights you can choose with the Toronto CityPASS. The pass always covers the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium. You then pick 3 more from a list of 5, and Casa Loma is on it.

That pays off only if you want those big sights too. For Casa Loma alone, the single ticket is simpler.

What you see inside the Casa Loma castle

Casa Loma calls itself a castle, and you can walk through all its floors. The rooms keep their old furniture and antiques.

It is one of the best indoor attractions in Toronto for a cold or wet day.

  • Rooms with real period furniture and antiques
  • The Classic Car Collection of vintage cars
  • The Hollywood Film Gallery and the Backstage Celebrity Gallery
  • The "Dark Side of Toronto" exhibit on the city's darker past
  • A short film about Sir Henry Pellatt, who built the house
  • The Scottish Tower, with its own closing times

A Casa Loma tour at your own pace: the audio guide app

There is no live guide on this ticket. Instead, a mobile audio guide comes with general admission. Bring your phone and headphones and go at your own speed.

BlueBlood Casa Loma: the steakhouse in the castle

BlueBlood Steakhouse is a smart restaurant inside Casa Loma, with art by Warhol and Dali on the walls. You need a reservation. Its art collection is not part of a Casa Loma ticket.

Another way is the subway to Spadina Station and then the 127 Davenport bus. The hop-on hop-off city bus also passes Casa Loma.

Parking at Casa Loma and the GBC overflow lot

Casa Loma has paid parking on site at a flat CA$20 per car. Its site gives two different rules on cash, so check the signs for how to pay.

When the lot is full, there is paid overflow parking at George Brown College (GBC), just south of the castle off Macpherson Avenue. The West lot has two wheelchair-accessible spaces.
