hotel-prices.csv     our measurement: 795 prices of 90 hotels on Google Hotels, 20 nights (November 2026 to August 2027), 2 adults, one room, read 2026-10-30
                     column "stars": as Google Hotels shows it, empty or 0 = no star class shown (59% of the prices)
                     column "price_band": each hotel's band for the whole year by its median price in this sample: budget up to
                     €160, mid-range up to €250, upscale above; the study compares months within a band
                     left out: 404 prices of 88 listings: 378 prices of hotels more than 25 km from Amsterdam's centre (Google's list mixed in hotels in other countries) and 26 prices of hostels, multi-bedroom flats and houseboats (not a hotel room for two)
